Kuiken Brothers Opens New Location with a Lumberjack Show; 1700+ Attend

Over 1,700 people attended the Grand Opening of our Succasunna, NJ location. The main event was a Lumberjack Show featuring axe throwing, chopping, log rolling, crosscut sawing and a speed climb. Attendees also met with some of our finest suppliers who were on hand showcasing their products and discussing best installation practices.

Ninth Location Features Drive-Through Lumberyard, and Commercial & Residential Building Materials

The Succasunna, NJ location features over 90,000 square feet of covered space. This includes a drive-through lumberyard, making this location one of the most efficient lumberyards in our area.

With the addition of Succasunna, Kuiken Brothers now operates four locations with a rail siding, enabling us to receive lumber shipments direct from the best mills in North America. This ensures the highest quality lumber is delivered to your jobsite.

Succasunna is a non-traditional lumberyard in that it stocks one of the largest selections of commercial building materials in Morris County. Major categories include drywall, metal studs, ceiling tiles & grid, insulation, but more important are the commercial material sales specialists that are on-staff to work with you from the submittal stage through delivery logistics.

KB Classical Moulding Collection Named This Old House Magazine Top 100 Best New Home Products for 2011

In October, Kuiken Brothers received word from the Editors of This Old House Magazine that our Classical Moulding Collection and catalog has been named one of their Top 100: Best New Home Products for 2011. “This isn’t just a list of new products—they’re products with real value,” says Scott Omelianuk, Editor of This Old House. “We worked hard to find things that were truly unique and would make a difference to our readers and their families…like the 50 or so that bear the Made in the USA icon. New Years Eve Closing Schedule
