The weather outside was frightful but the spirit inside was delightful! Over 1,500 toys were collected for the Marine Toys for Tots Foundation at the Kuiken Brothers Succasunna, NJ lumberyard. The toys collected will put a smile on the faces of 600 less fortunate local, New Jersey families this Christmas. A special thank you to the Roxbury Fire & Police Departments, Mt Arlington and Roxbury Girl Scouts and their families, the Toys for Tots volunteers, the U.S. Marine Reserves, Making Faces face painting by Jonele, the entire Roxbury community and, last but not least, the star of the day… Santa Claus! Kuiken Brothers hosted over 150 building professionals at the first ever Fine Finish Clinic featuring Myron Ferguson and Rick Arnold from the Katz Roadshow in Succasunna. Presentations included installing and finishing drywall, problem-free prefit door, installing architectural trim and paint, stain and top coats.
