Members Only Section Receives New Look on KuikenBrothers.com

Welcome to the NEW MEMBERS ONLY on www.kuikenbrothers.com/membersonly

We are pleased to announce that we have recently completed an upgrade to the Members Only section on KuikenBrothers.com effective Monday May 1, 2017. As a result of the system upgrade, all passwords were reset and an e-mail notification was sent to all users with their temporary passwords .

If you did not receive this e-mail, simply click on the “Forget Password” link and a new password will be sent to the e-mail address that we have on file, which will pop-up right on the screen. If you no longer have access to the e-mail address we have on file, please contact Kuiken Brothers Accounts Receivable Department ar@kuikenbrothers.com or call (201) 796-2082 to update your account.

A LOOK INSIDE…

The New Members Only will have similar functionality to the previous version. Customers will be able to review budgetary product pricing, review account balances, download PDF copies of invoices and statements.

REVIEW BUDGETARY PRODUCT PRICING

By clicking on the “Shop By Department” tab on the top left hand corner you can navigate through our in-stock products by Department. If you have a specific product that you are looking for pricing on, you can search for it in the search bar in the middle of the screen. Generally speaking, a less descriptive search will result in better results. So, for example, if you are looking for pricing on 4″x4″x8′ Cedar Posts, we recommend that you do a simple search of Cedar to narrow the results. Searching for 4″x4″x8′ Cedar Posts may result in an error message. For searching skus in our system, LESS IS MORE.

ACCOUNT INFORMATION

Click on the “Account Information” tab on the top navigation to view all information relating to your specific account. Downloadable PDF documents include:

  • Invoices (May 1, 2017 and after. For copies of prior invoices, click here to request)
  • Statements
  • Quotes
  • Orders

Please note, the new system does not maintain historical records of invoices, however, they are accessible upon request. Please complete the Older Invoice Document Request Form (Click Here) and our Accounts Receivable Department will submit to you.

PAY YOUR BILL/ STATEMENT

Under Account Activity, you’ll see a new tab “Make a Payment”. By clicking on this button you will be able to pay your bill by check right from your office. All you need is your account routing and account number which can be found on your check. No need to waste a stamp or time traveling to the post office. If received before 4:30pm during normal business hours (Mon-Fri), your account will be credited the same day. Simple. Secure. There is currently a $50,000 per transaction limit.

We thank you in advance for your patience as we roll out this new system and are certain that as you get comfortable with the new layout you will see this as another time saving tool to help you spend less time in the office and more time on the jobsite.
