At a recent Andersen Windows Key Dealer Meeting, Kuiken Brothers was honored with the 2012 Customer Service Excellence Award. Paige Wittman, Andersen’s Director of Sales presented Kuiken Brothers with this prestigious award in front of an audience of the premier Andersen Dealers throughout the East Coast.
Paige’s remarks were as meaningful as the award itself and speak to the high priority that Kuiken Brothers places on customer service. In particular, this award was earned by the customer service department and the fine work performed by David Dykman and Dave Verblaauw.
Many dealers throughout the country provide service on Andersen Windows after the sale, but no other dealers handle the volume of window and patio door service that Kuiken Brothers does. The specific rankings are as follows:
- 98.2% overall customer satisfaction rating with more than 100 surveys completed
- 99% in-home satisfaction rating
- 98% overall satisfaction
