Kuiken Brothers Company To Acquire Paramus Building Supply
Strategic acquisition expands service capabilities and market reach

FAIR LAWN, New Jersey August 26, 2026 — Kuiken Brothers Company today announced a deal to acquire Paramus Building Supply, a strategic move that strengthens Kuiken Brothers’ ability to better serve customers and expand its market reach across northern New Jersey and the greater tri-state area. The acquisition includes two locations in Paramus, NJ and Bergenfield, NJ.

With this acquisition, customers can expect the same trusted people, products, and service they rely on today—now supported by expanded inventory depth, enhanced operational capabilities, and additional resources. The addition of the Paramus and Bergenfield locations also creates greater capacity across Kuiken Brothers’ existing network, supporting continued growth throughout New Jersey – including coastal markets – as well as into the Hudson Valley. Kuiken Brothers will work closely with the Paramus Building Supply team to ensure a seamless transition and continued focus on contractors, builders, remodelers, and homeowners.
