Kuiken Brothers has the ability to custom build the entire headpiece of an arched entransce as one, pre-fabricated unit, consisting of the curved jamb pre-attached to the casings, with or without keystones or capital blocks. Headpiece options include curved configurations, including elliptical, half-round or eyebrow shapes in your choice of Kuiken Brothers in-stock or custom mouldings.

Installation is very quick and extremely simple. The one-piece pre-fabricated head is slipped around the wall (either 2X4 or 2X6), leveled, and nailed in place. There are no puzzle pieces to fit together. Everything is delivered pre-fabricated, ready for installation, saving you considerable time, money and energy.

No special framing is even required! For any shape curve, simply make a square opening & hang sheetrock low. Then, fit the pre-fabricated head-piece to the wall, trace a pencil line approximately where the unit will be placed and cut away the excess sheetrock. Slide the unit into place snugly around wall, level and nail.
