What You’ll Be Doing:

Step into a role that keeps our financial operations moving with accuracy, organization, and consistency. As an Accounts Payable Representative, you’ll be part of a supportive team that values precision and efficiency while contributing to the strong vendor relationships that keep Kuiken Brothers running smoothly.

  • Reviewing invoices against purchase orders, receiving reports, and supporting documents to ensure accuracy
  • Entering all invoices and credits daily, and coordinating with Purchasing and Receiving
  • Maintaining organized and up-to-date vendor files, payment records, and accounts payable documentation
  • Processing computer-generated checks twice per week
  • Completing month-end statement reconciliations to confirm all invoices have been received and processed
  • Responding to vendor statements, phone calls, and emails in a timely manner
  • Ensuring eligible vendor discounts are accurately applied
  • Providing backup support to fellow Accounts Payable Representatives and staying familiar with their vendor histories

  • Confidence communicating with vendors, teammates, and other departments
  • Strong attention to detail—you like numbers to line up and processes to stay clean
  • A knack for problem-solving, catching discrepancies, and juggling multiple tasks
  • Comfort learning accounting software and new systems
  • A steady, reliable work style that keeps deadlines moving and vendors happy
  • Excitement to grow with a company that values accuracy, teamwork, and continuous learning
  • High school diploma or GED required; coursework in accounting, bookkeeping, or business is a plus
  • 1+ year of experience in accounts payable, accounting, or related administrative roles; 2–3 years preferred
  • Comfortable using accounting software and learning new systems (experience with BisTrack or Microsoft Dynamics GP is a bonus)
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Basic math skills and confidence working with numbers

No experience with BisTrack? No problem—we’ll teach you everything you need to know.
