Élan contains an antimicrobial agent to prevent microorganisms from degrading the product. It is ideal for use in high humidity, frequently scrubbed and washed areas. Élan produces an elegant, long lasting finish.

Coverage

Covers up to 400 sq. ft. (37.2 m²) per gallon. Do not thin.

Where to Use

Properly prepared interior wall, trim and ceiling surfaces including previously painted and primed plaster, wood, brick, drywall, cement and metal.
