Are you passionate about design, creativity, and helping customers bring their dream kitchens and bathrooms to life? We’re looking for a talented and energetic Kitchen & Bath Cabinetry Sales Associate to join our growing team!

In this role, you’ll work directly with homeowners, contractors, and trade professionals to create functional, stylish spaces while delivering an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.

If you enjoy combining creativity with sales, problem-solving, and project coordination — this could be the perfect fit for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Help customers select cabinetry, countertops, hardware, and finishes that fit their style and budget
• Design beautiful and practical kitchen and bath layouts
• Use 20/20 Design software to bring customer ideas to life
• Read blueprints and create accurate project estimates and quotes
• Coordinate orders with approved vendors and ensure smooth project execution
• Stay up to date on the latest trends in kitchen, bath, and interior design
• Build lasting relationships through outstanding customer service
• Work closely with homeowners, builders, and contractors throughout the project process
• Some weekend availability may be needed

What You Bring to the Team:

• 2–4 years of kitchen/bath sales or design experience
• Proficiency with 20/20 design software and blueprint reading
• Strong math, computer, and communication skills
• High School diploma or GED required; design certification preferred
