Keynote Address by Motivational Speaker Connie Podesta
“LIFE WOULD BE EASY.” I use humor with purpose, because I know your audience will learn
more, commit to more, be open to newer ideas and be more willing to make the kind of changes
necessary for them to be successful. My experience in the psychology of human behavior, street
smarts and instincts allows me to share with audiences just exactly what it is that makes people
tick. That way, I can reach them in ways they have never known before.

The Secret of the LBM Industry: Good Service and Great Prices”
By Tom Wolf, CEO from Wolf from Wolf Building Solutions
Tom is a sixth generation owner and pioneer. With degrees from Dartmouth, MIT and the
University of London, plus more than 30 years in the building materials business, Tom attracts
audiences with insightful, eclectic viewpoints to be both stimulating and entertaining.

“Lean Thinking and the Lead Dog”
Jeff TwetenAs the co-founder of Lumber Buddy, Inc., a company focused on providing safety and
productivity solutions for the lumber industry, Jeff has visited nearly 1,800 lumber yards across
the U.S. and Canada in the past 12 years. He will share his observations on the challenges facing
our industry and propose some solutions for creating a safer, more profitable and productive
lumber yard for the 21st century. His talk will provide practical information for creating positive
change in any size operation.
