What You’ll Be Doing:

As an Outside Sales Representative, you’ll focus on growing Kuiken Brothers’ market share within an assigned territory by developing new business while managing and strengthening existing customer relationships.

What You Bring to the Team:

• Drive sales and gross profit growth by developing and managing customer accounts while identifying new business opportunities within your territory
• Build strong relationships with builders, remodelers, architects, and vendor partners, serving as a trusted resource from quoting through project completion
• Develop a working knowledge of building and remodeling activity, competitors, and market conditions to position Kuiken Brothers effectively
• Estimate material needs, prepare accurate sales quotations, and negotiate pricing and services as needed
• Coordinate closely with inside sales, purchasing, shipping, and other internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
• Track leads, manage follow-ups, and report territory activity through weekly CRM updates
• Balance time between servicing existing customers, prospecting new business, and participating in training, jobsite visits, and company events
