The X Series Cable Rail combines easy installation, low maintenance, and long-term performance. Its innovative spring system keeps cables tensioned over time, offering a sleek and durable railing solution. The installation process begins by securing the top rail to ensure proper post alignment. Next, cables are threaded through, starting with the top and bottom cables. Once in place, the cables are cut to the required length. Push-to-connect fittings are then threaded into the turnbuckle, and the cables are slightly rotated before being hand-tightened. Tensioning begins at the center and is gradually worked outward to 100 pounds. Finally, a second round of adjustments ensures that the tension is consistent across all cables.
