We’re excited to share that Kuiken Brothers Company has reached an agreement to acquire Paramus Building Supply, including its locations in Paramus and Bergenfield, New Jersey. We are proud to welcome the PBS team to the family.

For customers of both companies, this is about something pretty simple: bringing together two experienced local teams to provide even better service, greater inventory depth and stronger delivery capabilities throughout Bergen County and beyond.

The addition of Paramus, NJ and Bergenfield, NJ locations significantly strengthens our presence in the northern New Jersey market we have served for generations. More inventory positioned closer to our customers, additional delivery capacity and two experienced teams give us greater flexibility to move material throughout Bergen County, NJ and the surrounding region.

But the opportunity extends well beyond Bergen County. A stronger network here creates additional capacity across our existing locations and gives Kuiken Brothers greater flexibility to continue growing into markets where our customers are already taking us. That includes continued expansion throughout New Jersey, greater reach into the coastal and Jersey Shore markets, and additional opportunities north into the Hudson Valley.
