In the heat of decking season, not having pressure treated lumber is a no go.  We worked with our mill to secure 60,000 board feet of #1 Select Pressure Treated lumber to be shipped to us directly from the mill in Virginia to our facility in Midland Park, NJ by rail. This single rail car of pressure treated lumber is equivalent to four tractor trailers of material. Each year we receive over 500 railcars of building materials to our locations throughout New Jersey and New York. Each rail car of material is equivalent to at least three tractor trailers, which means we are able to reduce the truck traffic on our already congested roads by more than 1,500 each year!
