Kuiken Brothers is now stocking Kleer PVC Decking in four colors.
In-stock colors include the Cobblestone and Sand Dune from the Kleer Decking Coastal Series, as well as the Golden Teak and Brazilian Redwood from the Kleer Decking Sierra Series. This will be a great compliment to the Kleer trim boards and mouldings that we already have in stock. While we will no longer be stocking AZEK decking, we will still maintain our program with AZEK Premier Railing.
We are stocking the above (4) colors. Cobblestone and Sand Dune, Golden Teak and Brazilian Redwood are multi-chromatic boards that fit in as the "tropical" alternative that continues to be popular. There are actually 3 more colors which are darker that we will not be stocking – they are solid color boards called Espresso, Hearthstone and Sequoia. While we won't be stocking these we do have a local distribution backup so we can get these colors quickly if needed.
Kleer Decking is an encapsulated PVC product with a 100% PVC core making it up to 40% lighter than wood/ plastic composites. The encapsulation offers superior scratch and fade resistance. The encapsulation process also allows Kleer to offer a fully encapsulated grooved board, which was a limitation with other decking products. In addition, there is no wood flour in Kleer Decking, so mold growth is limited, but can easily be cleaned off it it is found on the surface.

Kuiken Brothers is now stocking the complete line of ModernView Decking. ModernView Decking is quickly becoming the choice composite decking material for homeowners and it's easy to see why. In 2011, we were without a price competitive composite decking offering to compete with the other composites that are on the market. In 2012, ModernView will be that product.
One of the main benefits of ModernView is it's total encapsulation technology. ModernView Decking composite deck boards are made with smaller wood fibers for improved appearance and resilience, and a new embossing technique to minimize build-up of dirt and debris while simulating the look of wood boards.
ModernView Decking carries a 25 year limited warranty, and resists rot and fungal decay and damage caused by insects or termite attached. Because of the way this is manufactured it's totally stable and can be installed with direct ground contact and water contact something you could never do with the older composites.
As you can see, similar to the other decking lines we have grooved boards available in 12', 16' and 20' and a solid 20' board for stairs or framing the outside of the decking. Each color has a corresponding fascia board. The reason the colors are specified with a "secondary" color is the Modernview private label products carries the color names of Slate and Auburn as the solid colors and Java and Amber and the multi-chromatic. The fascia board is matching, but is actually "Moisture Shield" product (which A.E.R.T. also produces). Moisture Shield carries the name Gray & Mahogany for the solid colors and Walnut and Tigerwood for the multi-chromatic.
The product can be installed using the Tiger Claw TCG Fastener.
