Kuiken Brothers 8" Tongue & Groove Profile Milled by WindsorOne

Kuiken Brothers tongue and groove paneling/ beaded ceiling profiles are now being milled by WindsorONE, included our 8" KB906. These profiles provide you with a superior look for beaded ceilings, wall skinning or wainscot for both interior and exterior applications. These tongue and groove profiles are protected with a 30 year warranty. These precision milled 16' tongue and groove boards will give you detail that is second to none. 6" penny nails nailed along the finished edge and at angles along the groove will give you that nice crisp clean look.

As you can see, the profiles below all create a unique wainscot look, from a more refined, classic look, to a more pronounced and bold statement. You can even mix and match the KB904 and KB906 profiles as the tongue and groove interlock, creating a unique and different look. Note the tongue and groove sizing on the KB908 does not match the other profiles and is not interchangeable.

HAAS Architectural Millwork is made from environmentally friendly water-based urethane. This material far exceeds the performance of wood without aesthetic compromise. Each pattern is made to exacting dimensions by our staff of master patternmakers. Our materials will not rot and will hold paint better than wood. Every piece comes factory primed with a high emulsion latex paint that can be finish coated with any high quality exterior latex paint.

Ordering flexible moulding can be tricky, and if it is not ordered exactly to the size and specifications of the straight stock that is in the rest of your projects you and your customers will certainly notice the difference as you transition between wood or MDF and the flexible moulding. Kuiken Brothers Moulding profiles are available in Duraflex flexible moulding for curved or radius units, and we can also provide you with flat stock to follow the contour of the wall. Both of these applications can be seen in the picture above.

Download CAD (DWG and DXF) Files for Casings - Kuiken Brothers Stock Window and Door Trim Moulding

Kuiken Brothers has recently launched a page on their website where architects, designers and builders can download the CAD files (DWG and DWF files) of each of their casing profiles with three easy clicks of a mouse. Just follow the steps below and you can start incorporating some truly unique window and door casing profiles into your plans.

Visit the Kuiken Brothers Casing/ Door & Window Trim Moulding Section, and choose from more than 50 different casing options in various sizes and species.

Click on the casing that you like and you will go to a screen which gives complete details on the profile including measurements as well as available species. Please note, we can custom run every profile in the wood type of your choice. You can also download each profile in either DWG, DXF or PDF format.

Below is an example of the CAD file for our KB117 Casing profile.

These CAD files help to save significant time in the design phase where previously, architects would have to draw these profiles individually to create millwork plans and schedules for their clients. Plus, designing with stock moulding profiles helps to save time and cost for customers who would otherwise have to have custom mouldings created.
