 Product Display Signage
Builders, architects and homeowners alike can feel comfortable walking through the showroom on their own as each product display has signage mounted next to it for easy reference. Signage shows all window options, trim, siding, hardware options and more. If we happen to be assisting other customers, just keep your eye out for the gold plaques and you’ll be able to navigate the showroom very easily on your own.

 Sales Representatives with Experience
KB Concepts staffs four sales representatives that are knowledgeable on all products displayed within the showroom. Feel free to call them directly or set up a time to have them meet with your homeowner customers. We are sure you will be pleased with their professionalism and expertise.
Millwork Sales
Matt Mauro – Matt has over 10 years of experience in the building materials industry with an Associates Degree in Carpentry and Cabinet Making. He previously worked out of our Midland Park location for the past 6 years.
Phil Erny – Phil has over 20 years of experience in the building materials industry, most recently working out of our Ogdensburg location for the past 4 years.
Kitchen Designers
Neil Fitzpatrick – Neil has been designing kitchens and baths for many years now, and has worked closely with some of the tri-state area’s finest architects and builders.
John Krehely – John has many years of experience within
the building industry, most recently working directly with
builders and homeowners in designing kitchens and baths from our Ogdensburg location.
 Meeting Room for Builder and Architect
Plan on meeting Mr and Mrs. Jones to select product for an upcoming product and are
looking for a quiet place to sit down to review the plans? No problem! We have a quiet
meeting room designated just for that purpose where you can
sit down at a desk and have a professional conversation with
your customers.

Do you have children that dread shopping? Most of us do! That is why we set aside a children’s room, complete with a drawing table and flat screen television that will catch your child’s
attention for at least five minutes!

 Lumber and Building Material Orders
While we are still working on plans to build a fully functional lumberyard on the 12-acre site behind the KB Concepts Showroom, we are able to take lumber and building material orders at KB Concepts. Feel free to drop off your lumber lists with our millwork sales representatives and we will coordinate the logistics to have the material shipped to your job site from one of our 7 other locations in a timely and efficient manner.
